Christopher Mastrangelo : General Counsel
Christopher Mastrangelo is a corporate and real estate attorney in private practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Chris is a 1992 graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1995. While in law school, Chris served as Managing Editor of the Probate Law Journal, and was named a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar and a Paul Liacos Scholar. Prior to establishing his own firm, Chris was employed in the Boston offices of two prominent international law firms.
Chris also serves as a member and general counsel to Karmaloop, LLC, a Boston-based Internet clothing retailer. Chris has worked with Karmaloop in this capacity since he formed the company for its founder.
Chris is involved in various charitable and educational endeavors, including serving as a member of the Boston University School of Law's Alumni Executive Committee, a member of the Board of Directors of the Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, a member of the Copley Art Society's Board of Governors, and President of the Union Park Committee in Boston's South End. In Spring 2005 Chris received the Boston University School of Law Young Alumni Chair, an award bestowed upon only 18 alumni in the School of Law's history.
